Title: Assistant Librarian, Reference & Instruction

Liz Fine, MLIS, is an Assistant Librarian and liaison to the School of Nursing, Allied Health programs, and the Center for Spirituality and Healing. Liz holds a B.A. in Classics from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and a MLIS from Dominican University in River Forest, IL (through the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN). Liz started her library career as a student assistant in Miller Library at Colby College, and worked from 2001-2005 as a library assistant in the Biomedical Information Service at the University of Minnesota.  She has been a librarian since July 2005.  In her spare time Liz enjoys running, camping, canoeing, playing handbells, and ensemble singing.
