The directions below lead to the Washington Avenue Parking Ramp at 501 Washington Ave. S.E., on the East Bank campus between Harvard and Union Streets. Hourly-rate parking is available in this ramp. For additional campus parking information, contact Parking Services at 612-626-PARK.

Access to the Academic Health Center is restricted to specific entrances during evenings and weekends due to University Police security measures. This affects access to the Bio-Medical Library, as the street level doors to Diehl Hall are locked. In addition, at the AHC entrances, all staff and students will need to show a University of Minnesota ID, and all others will need to show a picture ID and sign in/out with their destination.
Access to the Bio-Medical Library in Diehl Hall, is restricted as follows:
Weekday nights, 8:00pm-11:00pm - Monitored access into the AHC via: Washington Avenue entrance to Moos Tower (street level access), tunnel from Washington Avenue Parking Ramp (handicapped accessible), and tunnel from University of Minnesota Medical Center (handicapped accessible).
Sunday night, 6:00pm-11:00pm - Monitored access into the AHC via: tunnel from Washington Avenue Parking Ramp (handicapped accessible), and tunnel from University of Minnesota Medical Center (handicapped accessible) Note: Street level access to Moos Tower is not available on weekends.
