Beginning July 1st, 2005 BIS began paying copyright royalties on every document we supply. The royalties will be paid to rights holders through the Transactional Reporting Service of the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). Copyright will be charged in addition to current BIS fees, which have not changed. See our Terms and Conditions.
