To report a problem or ask a question: Computing Services staff check for incoming requests and trouble reports twice a day, Mon-Fri, and will try to send a response back to you via e-mail within one working day. If this turnaround time does not meet your needs, you can stop by the Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Diehl Hall.
Requests/reports should be related to the technology, hardware, and software currently located in the Bio-Medical Library.
As with in-person requests, we generally spend up to 10 minutes finding the answer to your question. For more in-depth questions, we may refer you to other sources.
