1. Help from Academic & Distributed Computing Services (ADCS):
ADCS provides computer help and services for the entire U of M Twin Cities community. Problems regarding Internet accounts, connecting, and email initiation are all handled via ADCS.

Am I in the U of M student/staff directory?
- Search for your name in the U of M student/staff directory to see if you have been assigned your U of M username. U of M usernames are usually comprised of 4 letters & 4 numbers (i.e. john0001). Once your username has been assigned, you can then initiate your email account.
2. Problems connecting to University Library online resources
Problems regarding inability to access specific University Library online resources can be answered via these links:
