MICROMEDEX can be accessed through the Bio-Medical Library's homepage (http://www.biomed.lib.umn.edu).  Usage is password controlled so access is only available to current University of Minnesota students, staff, and faculty.  The MICROMEDEX Healthcare Series offers the ability to search multiple or individual databases for the latest information on drugs, acute care, and toxicology.  Available databases are DRUGDEX, DRUG-REAX, the Physician's Desk Reference, USP DI, MARTINDALE, Index Nominum, POISINDEX, DISEASEDEX Emergency Medicine, TOMES System, MSDS from USP, the Care Notes System, and REPRORISK.
