Study: C-sections clearly safer for breech babies

A planned c-section is the safer mode of delivery for a breech baby than a vaginal birth according to a new study of over 2000 births. Serious injuries or mortality were higher in the vaginal birth group (52 of 1039) versus the caesarean section group (17 of 1039).
