Effects of Atkins diet on body examined

Newspaper Article Synopsis:

Side effects such as headaches, muscle weakness, and either diarrhea or constipation, reported more often by Atkins dieters, may be signs of long-term health problems. However, more people remain on low-carb diets indicating that these side effects may not be that sever. Studies continue to be done examining the success rates and health effects of low-carb dieting.
