Ask Us - Computing Support E-Mail Service

For Current U of M Student/Staff/Faculty ONLY

  • Do you have a question about a specific software program, need to report a problem, or have other computer questions? Then Ask Us!
  • To report a problem or ask a question: Computing Services staff check for incoming requests and trouble reports twice a day, Mon-Fri, and will try to send a response back to you via e-mail within one working day. If this turnaround time does not meet your needs, you can stop by the Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Diehl Hall.
  • Requests/reports should be related to the technology, hardware, and software currently located in the Bio-Medical Library.
  • As with in-person requests, we generally spend up to 10 minutes finding the answer to your question. For more in-depth questions, we may refer you to other sources.
